Global engineering company, Danfoss, known for manufacturing cooling systems, is helping Avenues to beat the heat with a fun swimsuit drive. The MN team delivered swimsuits (personally picked out by the youth), beach towels, and sunscreen for ethnic skin for our Brooklyn Avenues house.
As temps are regularly hit 90 plus degrees, this donation has been put to use. The Brooklyn Avenues house is planning a water party to celebrate fun in the sun, with a slip and slide, water balloons, and squirt guns. Thank you to Danfoss and especially Rachel for this cool contribution!
