Upper Room Church out of Edina has been an all-star supporter of Avenues over the last two years. From hosting conversations about LGBTQ youth homelessness, donating Thanksgiving meals, giving significant financial resources, supporting youth birthdays, cooking up some fajitas, and now sponsoring a 4th of July celebration at both houses.
Upper Room donated fun décor, ice cream treats, and of course some sparklers so both Avenues houses could light up the night in celebration of Independence Day! Thank you to everyone at Upper Room for the continued support and to Andrea to pulling this all together.
