Larry and Jim, Golden Valley super-supporters, kicked off Pride month with a backyard fundraiser for Avenues for Youth. Hosting friends for finger foods, refreshments, and some info about Avenues the couple raised not only much needed resources (close to $600!), but also awareness about the disproportionate rates of youth homelessness amongst LGBTQ (40% nationwide).
