This week, Upper Room generously donated Thanksgiving kits to provide a traditional holiday meal to about 50 young people at Avenues. They included sweet potato pies that the church members personally baked in the church kitchen in collaboration with Sweet Potato Comfort Pie, a non-profit in Golden Valley. This years’ event was the second time Upper Room supported Avenues through donating meals. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Andrea for helping to drive and deliver the meals!
