Youth in Eden Prairie are experiencing homelessness.

Host Home Programs are a community-based response. Volunteers open their homes and provide food and shelter while Avenues provides wrap around support and services. Avenues programs offer emergency short term host homes or longer term host homes, depending on the needs of the youth.
