Direct gifts from an Individual Retirement Account (IRA)

If you are at least 70.5 years old, you are eligible to make tax-free gifts of up to $100,000 each year to Avenues for Youth directly from your IRA. Qualified charitable distributions may be eligible to for a tax deduction to reduce your taxes while fulfilling your required minimum distribution.

You can contact your IRA plan administrator, provide them with the information below, and ask them to send funds to Avenues for Youth. Your support will help Avenues for Youth to fulfill its mission to partner with youth experiencing homelessness to achieve their dreams. Avenues for Youth is a 501(c)3, nonprofit organization.
