A group of brothers living in Minnesota from the Delta Phi Upsilon Fraternity, Inc. donated welcome bags to Avenues for Youth. This organization’s mission to build better brotherhood and promoting unity among gay men and supporting progressive social and civic welfare. The members act as ambassadors of the African-American LGBTQ+ community.
The welcome bags came with slippers, hygiene products, and all the items necessary for a young person to settle in at Avenues. Avenues is excited to continue working this organization as we enter pride month and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community while continuing to support youth experiencing homelessness.
