Brooklyn Avenues is looking fresh thanks to a group of Wells Fargo volunteers. They spent a hot day trimming branches, picking up litter, mowing, and power washing– all with smiles on their faces! We are so grateful to our Wells Fargo volunteers for helping to make the Brooklyn house extra homey!
Brooklyn Avenues is a 12-bed shelter and transitional housing program for youth ages 16 to 21 from the northwest suburbs of Hennepin County. This program addresses immediate basic needs by providing clean bedrooms and bathrooms, laundry facilities, three nutritious meals per day, clothing, personal hygiene supplies and bus tokens. Additionally, the program partners with youth along their healing journey to identify and pursue longer-term goals through case management, health and wellness, education supports, and much more.
